Make It Business Book Club Refund Policy

The purpose of the Make It Business Book Club is to support the growth and success
of entrepreneurs and small business.
The Make It Business Book Club is a participatory service and relies upon the commitment
of volunteer facilitators and passionate members to make each meeting a success.
If You Cannot Attend Because of Unforeseen Circumstances
If for reasons beyond your control you are unable to participate after you have
purchased a one-year pass we will gladly give you a full refund if we are notified
in writing within 14 days of the purchase.
Please send a letter with your full name, address, email address and phone number
to the address at the bottom of this page. In the letter please state the date on
which your membership was purchased and your reason for requesting the refund.
If You are Unsatisfied with the Book Club
If you are unsatisfied with your experience in the Make It Business Book Club after
attending one or more meetings – and no more than 30 days after the purchase of
your membership – we will refund 50% of your membership cost.After 30 days after
the purchase of your membership no refunds will be given.
We require that you send a letter with your full name, address, email address and
phone number to the address at the bottom of this page. In the letter please state
the date on which your membership was purchased and your reason for requesting the
refund.
