The ascent of TBWA’s Andrea Southcott in the Vancouver advertising scene has been an admirable one. In 1992 she started with Bryant, Fulton & Shee, the predecessor to TBWA\Vancouver. In 2001 she became the first woman to head a major ad agency in Vancouver. In 2007 she, with husband Jim, took ownership of TBWA\Vancouver.
